Lap 0 · The Warm-Up

Four icebreaker rounds

Open the AI you use most: ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, Grok, DeepSeek or Claude. Memory or chat history on gives richer results. Share only what you are comfortable with. No client or employer data. No history? Use the profile template.

Your moveTap a round, tap Copy this prompt, switch to your AI and paste. Read what it says about you out loud to a neighbor.

Warm-Up lap 1

Round 1: Your past (Your first trading card)

Look back as far as your memory of me goes, to the very first conversations we ever had. Using only that earliest period: 1) Create an image that captures who I seemed to be and what I cared about back then. 2) Write a one-page synopsis of that earlier me: what I asked about, what I was working on, what I was curious or worried about, and the tone I used. Tell me roughly what date range you are drawing on. If you do not have that history, say so plainly and do not invent it.

Open your AI first, then paste. No memory? Use the profile template below.

Lap 1 · The Weigh-In

Everyone is racing. Few are winning.

Every car gets weighed before it races. A reading is data; a shipment is a promise.
